Meal Box Pricing & Advance Subscriptions
- Economic Meal Box: ₹70 / meal (4 chapatis, seasonal vegetable, daal, rice, complimentary buttermilk)
- Executive Meal Box: ₹80 / meal (Everything in Economic + papad, salad, pickle & complimentary buttermilk)
- Single Time Subscription (Lunch or Dinner): ₹2,000 / month
- Both Times Subscription (Lunch + Dinner): ₹3,600 / month
- Refundable Tiffin Deposit: ₹600 (Held in trust for steel tiffins)
Standard Operational Rules
- Vegetable Replacements: The daily meal vegetable can be replaced with any available seasonal choice for an additional charge of ₹30. A paneer dish replacement is available for ₹60.
- Advance Monthly Payment: All subscription amounts are payable in advance from the 1st day of the calendar month to the end of the month.
- Lunch Cutoff (10:00 AM): Any meal cancellation, change, or extra order request for lunch must be submitted strictly before 10:00 AM on the same day.
- Dinner Cutoff (04:00 PM): Any meal cancellation, change, or extra order request for dinner must be submitted strictly before 04:00 PM on the same day.
- Minimum 10 Meals for Cancellation: A customer must consume at least 10 meals in the current month before requesting subscription discontinuation.
- Refund Processing Timeline: Any eligible deposit or meal balance refund upon cancellation is processed in the subsequent calendar month following account reconciliation.
- Diet & Jain Meals: Special Jain preparation (without onion, garlic, or root vegetables) or specific dietary options are provided on advance customer request.
- Sundays & Festival Closures: MealJob delivery services remain closed on all Sundays and designated Indian national/festival holidays as published in the holiday schedule.
- Complimentary Buttermilk: Freshly churned buttermilk is provided complimentary with every meal box delivery.
- Mandatory Photo Verification: For quality assurance, delivery verification and any food/packaging complaints require mandatory live-camera photographic proof. Mock/spoofed GPS locations are strictly prohibited.
